How to delete your Taac! account
You can delete your account whenever you like, straight from the app: it takes a few steps and you don't need to contact anyone.
From the app, in five steps
Open the Taac! app (or taac.app) and sign in to your account.
Go to Account, then the Settings section, and choose Delete account.
Confirm the request: you will receive an email at the address you registered with.
Open the link in that email — it is valid for 24 hours and can be used only once — and press the final confirmation on the page that opens.
The account is deleted immediately.
This cannot be undone: once deleted, the account cannot be recovered.
Can't sign in any more?
If you have lost access to the app, write to help@taac.app from the email address you registered with. Once we have verified your identity we complete the deletion within 30 days.
Which data is deleted
Here is exactly what happens to your data when you delete the account.
Deleted immediately
Profile and personal details, billing address, saved payment methods (the customer profile held by the payment network is deleted too), Garage vehicles, favourite chargers and notification subscriptions. Paired NFC cards are deactivated.
Kept only where the law requires it
Tax and accounting records for charges already completed — invoices and receipts — remain archived for the periods set by Italian law, ten years. They are no longer linked to your account in the app.
No other use
After deletion, no data is used for any purpose other than the ones described above.
